Editorial method
The rules we use so these pages stay useful, readable and inside the bounds of general education.
Who the pages are for
Adult men who want practical habit and food guidance in plain English. The material assumes a general reader, not a patient in a specialist clinic and not an athlete on a supervised programme.
How we weigh claims
- Prefer widely published public-health education over single studies with dramatic headlines.
- Describe patterns (sleep windows, plate models, weekly activity ranges) rather than personal prescriptions.
- Say when something is uncertain or highly individual.
- Never present a habit or food as a treatment for disease.
Language we avoid
We avoid cure, guarantee, detox, hack, blast, shred and similar sales vocabulary. We also avoid sexual-enhancement and hormone-boosting claims. If a sentence only works by frightening the reader, it does not ship.
Keeping pages current
Each guide carries a “last updated” line. We revisit pages when public guidance shifts or when a reader flags an error. Corrections are welcome via write to us.
Advertising and destinations
These pages are written so they can sit behind responsible lifestyle advertising without relying on restricted health claims. The destination itself sells nothing, collects no leads for treatment, and states its educational limits on every guide. See also the wellness notice and site terms.
