Who we are

A small editorial project that publishes practical guides on habits and everyday eating for adult men, pays its own bills, and sells nothing.

The purpose

Most lifestyle writing for men either sells a product or promises a transformation. Daymark exists to do neither. The site collects clear, reusable guidance on sleep, movement, meals and drinks — the kind of advice that still makes sense when you re-read it six months later.

Who writes it

Pages are written and edited by a small editorial team. We are publishers of educational material, not a clinic, gym, dietetics practice or supplement company. We do not provide personal coaching through this site.

What we refuse

  • Selling or recommending branded supplements, meal kits or devices.
  • Claims that habits or foods diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.
  • Guaranteed weight, performance or appearance outcomes.
  • “Testosterone boosting”, sexual enhancement or miracle metabolism language.
  • Affiliate links dressed up as editorial advice.

Who pays

The site is funded by its publisher. There is no advertising inventory on these pages and no sponsored posts. If that ever changes, this page will say so clearly before any other copy does.

The source order

When we summarise lifestyle and nutrition points, we prefer:

  1. Public guidance from recognised health organisations (for example NHS Live Well, CDC, WHO fact sheets).
  2. Plain-language education from government nutrition programmes.
  3. Consensus summaries aimed at the general public — not single dramatic studies hyped in isolation.

Outbound links are for further reading. Their presence is not an endorsement of every page on those sites.

Corrections

If something is wrong, unclear or out of date, write to [email protected]. We read corrections. How to report them is also on the contact page.
